Missouri Governor Mike Parson Grants Hours of Service Relief

Due to the impending severe winter weather, several states have issued Emergency Declarations which temporarily lift federal Hours of Service driving limits.

In Missouri, Governor Mike Parson issued Executive Order 24-02 on Thursday which provides HOS relief through January 26. Missouri has joined Iowa, Oklahoma, South Carolina and North Caroline in taking administrative action that will allow propane distribution to continue. Other states including Arkansas may follow. We urge all drivers to use the utmost caution in operating under this special declaration. Incidents involving over-hours personnel may harm our ability to obtain relief in the future.
